Customs Fee Disclaimer

Any international order may incur a customs fee. We know that the customs office is a bureaucracy, but we need to follow their rules and fill out all customs forms properly by marking the package correctly and including the true value of the product. Otherwise, we risk being prohibited from shipping to that country.

Keep in mind, when you select the Gift option during checkout that does not mean the Gift box is checked on the customs form. Please be aware that shipments sent as gifts may still be charged customs fees.

Any customs fees are collected by your government, not Imaginary Foundation. Since we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other and fees vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes, and how to avoid them. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes.
